How does NutriSun work?

We offer homemade food delivered for all 3 meals in a day on a weekly or monthly subscription basis. The meals are delivered in tiffin boxes and the empty tiffin boxes from previous meal washed by you are collected during each delivery.

How can I place an order with NutriSun?

What cuisine is the food?

90% of our menu comprises of Tamil cuisine with the rest taken from North Indian and Chinese cuisine.

Which areas are covered for delivery?

Currently, we cover all areas up to 10 kms from Othakadai (Madurai).

What is the estimated delivery time?

Breakfast: 7 am to 9 am; Lunch: 12 pm to 2 pm; Dinner: 6 pm to 8 pm.

Can I choose different delivery locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Yes, you can provide this information after placing your order with us and update it anytime by contacting customer care 1 day in advance.

Can I skip meals or pause my subscription?

You can skip or pause subscription, provided you inform us the previous day for breakfast and lunch and same day before 12 PM for dinner. Skipped meals are automatically added to the end of your subscription for free. The validity of free replacement for skipped meals expires by the end of 2 weeks for weekly subscription and 2 months for monthly subscription from the start date of your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation of subscription is not possible. The subscription fee is non-refundable.
