How does NutriSun work?

We offer homemade food delivered for all 3 meals in a day on a weekly or monthly subscription basis. The meals are delivered in tiffin boxes and the empty tiffin boxes from previous meal washed by you are collected during each delivery.

Who is NutriSun for?

Students, Professionals, Elderly couples and Working couples are some examples of our current customers who benefit from our healthy and convenient meal service.

What cuisine is the food?

90% of our menu comprises of Tamil cuisine with the rest taken from North Indian and Chinese cuisine.

Which areas are covered for delivery?

Currently, we cover all areas up to 10 kms from Othakadai (Madurai). We will be expanding soon to other areas.

How can I place an order with NutriSun?

What is the estimated delivery time?

Breakfast: 7:15 am to 9:15 am; Lunch: 11.45 pm to 1.45 pm; Dinner: 5.45 pm to 7.45 pm.

Can I choose different delivery locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?

Yes, you can provide this information after placing your order with us and update it anytime by contacting customer care 6 hours before the delivery time.

Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

You can skip or pause subscription, provided you inform us at least 6 hours before the start of delivery time for your next meal. You must opt to receive all skipped meals before the renewal of your next subscription up to a maximum of 1 week (weekly plan) or 1 month (monthly plan) from the end of your active subscription. Cancellation of subscription is possible with 80% refund for the remaining meals part of the subscription plan. The refund process takes 1 to 2 working days.
